Hi! I'm Ben.

I thought I would do our first blog post as a little hi from me! After working in HR for over 20 years for the likes of Tesco, Asda, Booker and Greene King, I wanted to take my HR knowledge and experience to a new platform to support businesses.

We are no longer in the 1980s but I have seen too many times businesses operating in a format of shareholder supremacy that should no longer exist. HR can be boring and at times quite scary for businesses to face into. But it doesn't have to be this way. ​ I take time to build relationships with new businesses and create a collaborative partnership to get what you need in your growing business.

I can show you that having a good culture within your business and a team who truly understand your values, can increase productivity, morale, engagement and retention, allowing you to focus on the important aspect of running a profitable business. ​ 'The world is no longer big enough to be the same.
